Only a few days after Youth Camp, our church had an early Christmas party organized by some Form 3 students. It was kinda fun, with food, games, drama and a gift exchange session.
For some strange reason, on that night I noticed that I have an unusual abililty to get high by drinking the contents of a chilled soft drink on a cold night.
ANYWAY...
Not too long after that, there was another party. This time it was to celebrate two birthdays and a farewell for someone who was going...somewhere far. I ended up attempting to set up a barbeque for the first time, got wet and had an older girl pour honey down my throat.
Oh yeah...
It's Christmas day today...so wishing everyone who is reading this a warm and fuzzy Christmas, with presents under the tree and all that happy stuff

Youth Camp 007
I suppose it's about time I wrote a little something about my Youth Camp. I know I'm neglecting my blog again...my bad
Anyway,
As with every adventure, camp began with the journey of a thousand miles (which in this case came in the form of a bus ride to Stella Maris, Penang)
First day of camp started with us checking into our rooms followed by a concert. Dinner was nice (as with all Youth Camps) and the evening was spent gazing into the sea or hanging out with friends(new and old).
Second day started with breakfast and the first Session by Pastor Lindy Ong. After that we played water games which I got my one of my legs tied together with a kinda cute girl for one of the challenges which involved getting a balloon from one place to another (sounds easy right...? It wasn't)
Later during the night was another game (I got my hand tied together with the same cute girl...and there was a semi-romantic moment...I think)
Third day began with Morning devotion in which our group shared gossip-worthy secrets with one another. There was another Session with Pastor Lindy which included games that left many of us feeling a little foolish...
Afternoon had more games by the beach where both my legs were tied together(I was alone this time) where we played Station games. I never realized how difficult is was to walk (more like hop) around the beach with two of your legs tied together.
In one of the games our group all had to squeeze together to fit onto a mat laid on the sand with all our legs off the ground (please remember that my legs are tied together to appreaciate the next sentence). Unfortunately...someone lost their hold on me and I fell, rolling down the sand all the way to the sea.
We also created a group cheer which we performed(unsuccessfully)
During the night we played a game where we had to solve a mystery involving the mysterious kidnaping of a guy called 'fish'
We tried our best to stay awake all night...I didn't make it, and fell asleap at 4:30 a.m
Fourth day we had a final session and pilled onto the bus heading back to CGMC, Ipoh. Which reminds me, one of the girls there borrowed one of my black shirts to wear during the games...I have never seen it since.

The Last
Day before yesterday was the last week of MYF (Methodist Youth Fellowship) for the year 2007 (Youth Camp not included). So naturally, we played games the whole time there. We were split into 5 groups(randomly selected) and had lots of fun playing assorted indoor games.
-In the first game, we had to find books of the bible from a long almost meaningless passage. We didn't do too well there
-We dressed a selected model up in newspaper (a classic)
-Played Charades, in which our group had to act out Moses crossing the Red Sea. I played the evil Pharaoh who unfortunately got killed.
-Also played a game where we had to act out a specific word individually. My team sent me for the 'Evil Laugh' category. I rolled up my eyeballs and shrieked in a way that would probably qualify me for the 'Highly Insane Laugh' category too.
Nice day

Anime Withdrawals
(About time I updated again)
Anyway, last week I finished watching the final episode of Blood+ (which is an anime in case you didn't know - I highly recommend it) and the ending almost had me in tears.
The protagonist went in a sorta coma for the next few decades, her evil twin sister died, her chevalier Haji(a bishonen who plays the celo) died, the Schiff(half vampires, half human) all died except for one, lots of people who's names were never released died, and the protagonist's younger brother didn't come back to life as I had hoped.
Besides that, I have recieved criticism about only watching animes after their popularity date(if one ever existed) expires...
Such animes include
-Blood+
-Samurai X (Rouruni Kenshin)
-Shakugan no Shana
-Basilisk
-and several others that you probably wouldn't know
Apart from that, I had a very successful Perak Close(chess tournament) and I am currently ranked 7th(including adults) in the state of Perak

Between Chess and God
I always thought that the holidays would be exciting, filled with opportunities and chances to do stuff I never had time for.
Dead wrong...I'm actually starting to miss school
Anyway, I had two chess events today and yesterday.
Yesterday, I fought the candidate master and chess coach Collin Madhavan(FIDE rating: 2220) in an simultanious round and WON somewhere in the endgame. To be fair to him, he was actually fighting 25 fairly strong players at the same time but I still think that this was an achievement worth mentioning(to the 3 or 4 people who actually read my blog)
Today, I also had another Chess Competiton which I walked away as the Champion after winning all 5 games in a row. The God(or Goddess) of Luck seems to be smiling upon me as I rose from the dead 3 times from totally drawn(or lost) positions. Call it Luck, or call it skill...I honestly don't know

Is This Thing On??
Today, I am proud to say that I played UNO cards and all day long. Our Discipline Master confistated several chess sets already (for some reason between himself and God) so I felt somewhat unable to visit the next class and challenge their champion to a game of chess (for money-lah) .
Nevertheless, as stated above, I played UNO cards for almost the entire day and had several disputes with other players about the rules of the game, which happens to differ from place to place.
A sure sign of boredom...

One day in Freedom
Our exams are finally over, so everything is kinda laid back. My results are like...errr, well, total shit actually so I ain't feeling the love today...
Anyway,
~Prefects Farewell party is coming up, as we have completed our services to the school for the 2006/07 period. I voted that the SMI prefects join up with the SMC prefects for the party. Guys and girls, blah, blah, blah...
I think their considering my proposal seriously(it was a good idea right?)
~Also Today, some Malay rugby player got tackled really hard in the school field. An Ambulance came, lots of teachers came, hell of a lot of students came and ect. I think he's in the hospital now, which one I don't know
Apart from that, it was a nice day

Victorious!!
*St. Michael's Institution, Form 2*
Today, our freedom is at hand. The enemy(which in this case are our end-of-year-exams), have been defeated. All over, celebrations and voices resound with the joys of victory. We have won, despite all odds against a formidable foe. Our preperations(studying) have not been in vain. The battlefield(which is the SMI school grounds) shall tommorow know the true meaning of being hit by a barrage of nuclear weapons(which consists of screaming teenagers).
It's time to tear our school down...

Black Holes and Revelations
Runescape: A very boring game which I unfortunately am addicted to, as I burn away countless hours performing the most menial tasks like killing low-level monsters and going on quests that demand much time and effort but with (very) low returns, I have come to realize that I will never get those hours back again...
However, the game does have it's good sides
For example:
-Yesterday, I got my first 'cyber girlfriend', who's this 16 year old American chic from New York. As far as I can see...her avatar looks cute (don't ask)
-And for some strange reason, leveling up in this game provides a certain amount of satisfaction, which is a reminder of how my life is being flushed down the toilet in terms of social standing
-Then again...I could be doing much more boring things, like beating my high own score on Pinball (2,439,750) or playing solitare on the computer
-In retrospect, maybe this (amazingly) boring game isn't so bad after all. I count my blessings

W.O.W
If you look at the date of my previous post and the one before it, you'll see an 8 month difference between them
Did I really neglect this blog that much??
Anyway, I wanted to make a new blog but It'll take too much effort to get people to start reading it,
so I decided to take the old blog and transform it

Drawing circles in the air
So far, the holidays have been pretty uneventful. I've already taken 6 out of 15 papers of my End-of-year exams before the holidays started. Problem is, I have a suspicion that I didn't do too well in some of those papers.
So my holidays are spent studying in the mornings and sleeping in the afternoons. Stuff like Friendster and this Blog are usually conducted during the evenings before dinner.
Apart from that,
-My aunt came from KL with her demonic 4-year old kid
-I managed to make the girl of my dreams angry at me
-I've discovered that I have no skill in drawing anime
-I've started playing Runescape again
-and I have no social life apart from Youth Fellowship

Visiting Houses
Today, went to several peoples houses with my cellgroup.
Was actually quite fun...
-Went to Sandra's house, where we ate cookies and played with her baby brother (her house has a CCTV...freaky huh?)
-Wen Jun's house, where we all talked, I saw a real cute hamster running on a wheel, also saw Wen Jun's countless medals for Bowling
-Judith's place, we ate lunch, met a girl I've seen before at a movie(Mary-Anne) , had to play the piano in front of the parents to get my angpau and beat 3 girls at Tekken!
-Andrea's (guy) house...watched a movie about 2 ninjas and ate some more
-At Caleb's, I ate this kind of milo-flavoured chocolate(loved it), Wen Jun forced me to teach her "From the Inside Out" on the piano. Also played GTA: San Andreas on Caleb's laptop

(Judith's Birthday is on the 5th of Febuary)
It was kinda cool...at least someone remembered
Thanks guys (esp. Andrea Choong)

You gotta reformat your life,
but some stuff...
you just can't throw into the recycle bin

I know you people think I'm pathetic,

my life's screwed up already as it is
Anyway,
She claims that she's not angry and that She is completely over me,
but the way She says it, (over email...don't ask) sounds like She still hates my guts,
She does have a good reason though...just that it's really sad it had to come to this:
FRIENDS - BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND - ENEMIES
I think she blocked me on MSN too...
And life overall sucks...having trouble with homework and stuff, PS2 died, com kena 57 virusses and I spend every waking hour thinking about...Her

18 January...now do I look taller?
18 January, my birthday
Which makes me 14 years old.
A kinda boring day though, got loads of testimonials on Friendster and a lot of greetings at school but no cake, no party, no presents(unless you count a sweet and a piece of chocolate)
If you read one of my posts below...I'm already suffering from Mid-Life Crisis so being a year older is not a good thing.
Anyway what the heck, I'm older then most Form 2 boys at school :D
Verdict: Happy Birthday to me

Humiliation of the highest sense
Ah today (Friday 12 January)
I fell onstage trying to do a turning kick in front of 200 Form 1 kids.
It was a Taek Kwon Do Induction to persuade the Form 1 students to join the club, and they were calling for volounteers...
I didn't volounteer, I was more like...Forced. I volounteered for only the front kick and punch cause those are basic stuff...but a turning kick??? Being the klutz that I am with some serious lack of balance...you'll know-lah
Anyway, I took of my shoes, and forgot to take off my socks. Kicked as hard as I could, my leg went right through the newspaper, I did a 360 degree turn...and fell.
At least I fell with a bit of style...sort of
Of course, everybody laughed like crazy...especially Ahmad (Bastard) Faris
And I wasn't hurt, only my pride lasted permanent damage.
Verdict: I should have kept my big mouth shut

Blown into the next Century
( currently listening to some seriously heavy metal )
What a day at school!!!
Yes, school, cause I'm just a kid and can't do whatever I like on a Thursday afternoon,
Anyway...today, and old, blind, indian woman came to school selling chocolate (cheap chocolate wafers with zero taste) for the Blind Peoples Association in Brickfields.
Me and Noel Anthony Mano were called by the headmaster and we had to bring the woman to every class in Form 1 and Form 2 (19 classes in all) and since she's blind...we had to help her everywhere. She was latched on to my arm most of the time while I led her around the school.
While she got students to donate, I tried to get teachers to pitch in and help too. Puan Nor Aini donated RM10. Thank you Puan Nor Aini...though I sincerely hope you're not reading this.
Anyway, the St. Michael Form 1 boys were most generous, almost everyone donated generously. SMI ROCKS!!!!!!!
Almost no one touched the chocolate though, and that womens sense of hearing is...creepy
She can hear what Noel and I are whispering about over all the noise.
Long, long, long story cut short...
In the end, we had to find her a cab or a person willing to take her to the public bank.
A nice woman agreed to take her (I had to ask)
She wasn't too bad actually...apart from her forcing me to slam into spiked walls and rusted iron pillars.
After me and Noel sent her off, I was left with a rather satisfying feeling...something I've never felt before and would kill never to feel again.
There was also a Millitary Band induction for Form 1 students.
But that's another long, long, long story
Peace Out!!!!
Verdict: Weird ( Philemon objected about the last verdict...some crap about a copyright )

Bite Me...better yet...Shoot Me
First(and second) Day of School
School's not too bad actually,
Prefect duty sucks though...total anarchy in the prefect ranks. Without an EXCO some of us don't even bother doing they're jobs anymore. And using the excuse 'Prefect Duty' this idiot skipped class the entire day...and was nowhere to be found when there was work to do. Like I said Total Anarchy. Not only do we not know what we're doing...several idiots give us orders pretending to know what they are doing when actually they don't. A classic example of the blind, deaf and retarded leading the blind.
Oh yeah
we got new class names (applies to Form 2 also)
So...
1A1 is 1 Wisdom
1A2 is 1 Prudence
1A3 is 1 Patience
1A4 is ???
1A5 is ???
1A6 is ???
1A7 is ???
1A8 is ???
1A9 is 1 Courage
1A10 is 1 Compassion
I would ask a Form 1 Student "which class are you in?" and he would reply "Oh, I'm in 1 Honour" and I would go "Okaaay...so which class are you in???"
Even our Form 1 moderator Puan Lee cant remember their names and in what order they're supposed to be.
We prefects sure as hell cant remember either...
Putting that aside...my class teachers are ok, my friends haven't changed too much and I get to meet my old class mates from my Primary School
Verdict: I will survive
